She develops long-term client strategies, strengthens ongoing relationships, and ensures that every account receives the discretion and professionalism for which Sakura Geisha is known. Her work includes client onboarding, satisfaction management, and the continuous refinement of communication standards. Susan also mentors staff on cross-cultural etiquette and client experience expectations.

 

Born in 1963 in Guangdong, China, Susan moved to New York at age twenty, where she built her career in public relations and corporate liaison work for firms serving Chinese clientele. She enjoys travel, classical Chinese poetry, and has three children.
